The Kant-Garagenpalast, originally built in 1930 as a parking garage, quickly became a landmark for the New Objectivity. The historical monument is located on Kantstraße in Charlottenburg, in the midst of Berlin's gastronomic epicenter. The landmark is the second oldest parking garage in the world and is protected as a historical monument due to its outstanding features. These include an early steel and concrete construction with a double helix ramp, a suspended facade construction, and individual vehicle boxes, also known as Heinrich's boxes.

Two different areas, the ground floor and the event loft on the 5th floor, which can be used individually or together, provide the perfect setting for events of all kinds. From corporate events and parties to film shoots and shootings to product presentations, ideas manifest here. The special thing: Thanks to the large, open spaces, personal worlds can be created here, tailored individually to the event, customer, and occasion. 

The event loft on the 5th floor has 1,500 square meters and seven-meter-high ceilings, while the ground floor will open in spring 2025 with a fully developed food court covering 1,000 square meters indoors and 300 square meters outdoors, featuring various bars, kitchens, an outdoor area, and a dance floor. You now have the last opportunity to book the empty space for events. By the end of November, a basic infrastructure in the form of lighting, counters, and furnishings will be available. Uniquely, both areas are connected via the former parking garage ramps, allowing for flexible movement through the historic building - whether on foot, in a golf cart, or by elevator.
