On 1,000 m² of indoor and 300 m² of outdoor space, raw steel and concrete architecture meets modern event infrastructure. From spring 2026, Dufte – a multifunctional food & event space with four open kitchens, two bars, a bakery, and a diverse cultural program – will open here. Whether pop-up, panel, dinner, or party: The space is modular and can accommodate up to 400 guests.
