Once a year, the international leadership team of ib vogt, a globally active developer of large-scale solar power plants, comes together to reflect on the past year – and to set the strategic course for the future. Three days, three locations, one goal: exchange, outlook, alignment.

The central stage of the meeting is the House of Hungary in Berlin-Mitte. Satellite events take participants to the Café am Neuen See on mild summer evenings and to unwind by the water at Haus Zenner. Between workshops, panels, and personal conversations, space is created for new ideas and shared visions.

In order for everyone to focus completely on content and encounters, we took care of the rest: from locations and production to international travel management and hotel coordination at the Park Inn by Radisson, as well as a specially designed event app with live updates, location guides, and daily programs.
