Since 2026, Intercom has had its own office in Berlin – and needs the best minds and developers to fill it. Reaching exactly those people is anything but a given these days: they're in demand, selective, and rarely on the lookout for classic job ads.

So we chose a different approach. At the w3.hub, we staged a recruiting event that didn't feel like one: compelling first-hand insights, a speech by the co-founder, great drinks and flying food – and afterwards, plenty of space to network at a relaxed pace. Instead of a job interview, an evening that leaves you wanting more: more of the team, the product, and the idea of building something new in Berlin.
