After the unicorn party, Better Life GmbH is also commissioned with the conception, organization, and realization of the Christmas and year-end party.

"Do something cool," it says in the briefing. What "something cool" looks like was something employees and guests could discover at an alternative Christmas market in the Berliner Malzfabrik. With street food, circus artists, fire shows, and a club area that stretches over three floors, five bars, and two levels inside the intricately designed building.
