The Kant-Garagenpalast, originally built in 1930 as a multi-storey car park, quickly became a symbol of New Objectivity. The listed building is located in Charlottenburg's Kantstraße, in the middle of Berlin's gastronomic epicentre. The landmark is the second oldest multi-storey car park in the world and is a listed building due to its outstanding features. These include an early steel and concrete construction with a double helix ramp, a curtain wall façade construction and individual vehicle boxes, also known as Heinrichsboxes.

Two different areas, ground floor and event loft on the 5th floor, which can be used individually or together, provide the perfect setting for events of all kinds. From corporate events and parties to film shoots, photo shoots and product presentations, this is where ideas come to life. What makes it special: Thanks to the large, open spaces, individual worlds can be created here that are customised to the event, customer and occasion. 

The event loft on the 5th floor has 1,500 square metres and seven-metre-high ceilings, while a fully developed food court with various bars, kitchens, an outdoor area and a dance floor will open on the ground floor in spring 2025 on 1,000 square metres of indoor space and 300 square metres of outdoor space. Before that, you now have the last opportunity to book the empty space for events. The basic infrastructure in the form of lighting, counters and furniture will be in place by the end of November. A unique feature is that both areas are connected via the former multi-storey car park ramps, offering the opportunity to move flexibly through the historic building - whether on foot, in a golf cart or by lift.
